  • 2020-2024: Associate Coordinator Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Program, Clemson University

My research focuses on understanding the ecology and biology of insect pests and using that information to develop integrated pest management programs for field crops. One of my primary goals is for my research program to be built on an understanding of what issues growers are currently facing and developing tools that are realistic to implement. I also seek to test the efficacy and viability of emergent technologies for pest management.

My extension work will focus on delivering pest management solutions to growers through as many means as possible to increase the adoption of IPM and benefit producer profits and environmental impacts. My goal is to work directly with Extension agents and growers to determine what information is needed and the most effective tools to deliver it.
