This short course helps food processors’ employees attain the necessary understanding of the Good Manufacturing Practices to prevent cross-contamination, good personnel hygiene practices, hand washing, and cleaning and sanitation of the processing environment. Basic understanding and implementation of GMP’s by food processors and employees is the backbone for the production of safe and quality foods in the USA.

Courses can be customized to the plant processing environment and finished products.
