Seafood HACCP– AFDO English or Spanish 3-day
This 3-day training course (English or Spanish) was developed by the National Seafood HACCP Alliance for Training and Education and The Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO) to assist the seafood industry in the implementation of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point). Participants demonstrate their knowledge by working in groups to develop a HACCP plan. This course meets the training requirements set by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under Seafood HACCP regulation 21 CFR Part 123.
