ServSafe for Managers English or Spanish 2 ½ day
This 16-hour Food Safety Management Course was developed by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association for managers of food retail service establishments. The ServSafe training and certification course is nationally recognized as acceptable food safety training for retail operations and accepted in the State of Virginia to meet the Person In Charge requirement under the Retail food establishment regulations. After completing the classroom work, participants take a national certification exam.
